Banks have a limited number of mortgage products to offer and are notorious for offering even their best customers the "posted rate". The "posted rate" is not the best rate the bank can offer you!

Normally there is no charge for our services although In some extreme circumstances (e.g. poor credit) a fee may be charged. All fees are disclosed up front.
